CrossFit
CrossFit is perfect if you enjoy variety, want to build all-round fitness, or are looking to train with purpose and progression.
Our coach will guide you through a mix of weights, gymnastics, and conditioning — think barbell lifts, pull-ups, box jumps, rowing, and more, all tailored to your level.
HybridFit
If you enjoy a challenge, want to build all-round fitness, or are looking to train with purpose and progression - HybridFit is for you.
You’ll work through a mix of running intervals and functional workout stations - think sled pushes and pulls, rowing, ski erg, lunges, carries, wall balls, and more.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp is designed for those getting started, wanting to build a solid fitness base, or are looking for a simple, effective workout.
Each session takes you through a mix of cardio, light weights, and bodyweight movements — think circuits, intervals, and full-body workouts designed to keep things approachable and effective.
